Prawn Parsley Spaghetti
Bahan:
150 gr spaghetti
2 sdt olive oil
3 siung bawang putih, cincang
2 bh cabe merah, buang bijinya, cincang halus
120 gr udang kupas
1 bh tomat besar, cincang
20 gr peterseli segar, cincang
2 sdt cabe kering bubuk
Garam dan merica
1 sdt oregano
Cara Membuat:
1. Rebus spaghetti di panci berisi air mendidih (beri garam) hingga al dente (12 menit), tiriskan.
2. Panaskan minyak di wajan dengan api sedang. Tumis bawang putih dan cabe merah hingga harum.
3. Masukkan udang, masak hingga berubah warna. Lalu tambahkan tomat, aduk rata.
4. Masukkan spaghetti, peterseli, garam, merica, oregano, dan cabe kering bubuk. Aduk perlahan hingga seluruh spaghetti terlapisi bumbu. Koreksi rasa. Sajikan segera.

2 tsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 long red chillies, deseeded, finely chopped
120 gr peeled prawns
1 large tomato, chopped
20 gr fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp dried chilli flakes
Salt and pepper
1 tsp oregano
Method:
1. Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of salted boiling water until al dente (12 mins), drain.
2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the chopped garlic and chilli to cook, stir until aromatic.
3. Add in prawns and cook for few minutes until prawns curl and change colour. Add in chopped tomato, stir.
4. Add in spaghetti, parsley, salt-pepper, oregano, and dried chilli flakes. Gently toss to coat, taste to your desire.
5. Serve pasta in serving plate and enjoy while warm.
