Kaldu Ayam
Bahan:
1 ekor ayam kampung, cuci bersih, potong-potong
2 bh wortel, cuci bersih, kupas, potong-potong
1 bh kentang, cuci bersih, kupas, potong-potong
1 bonggol bawang putih, kupas, geprak
4 btr bawang merah, kupas, geprak
1 bh bawang bombay, kupas, potong-potong
2 btg seledri, cuci bersih
Cara Membuat:
1. Rebus ayam dengan air secukupnya sebentar, lalu buang airnya. Lalu rebus kembali 1 liter air, setelah mendidih, masukkan ayam dan bahan-bahan lainnya.
2. Rebus hingga air menyusut setengahnya, selama kira-kira 1 jam.
3. Saring semua bahan, lalu kaldu bisa disimpan dalam silicon cup/cetakan es batu untuk mempermudah saat hendak dipakai. Jika sudah dingin, bekukan di freezer.

* Gunakan kaldu sebaiknya tidak lebih dari 1 minggu.
* Ayam rebus bisa disuwir (untuk sup/diblender untuk campuran MPASI/cek #igms_idchicken untuk aneka olahan ayam suwir).

Homemade Chicken Broth

Ingredients:
1 kampong chicken, rinsed, cut into pieces
2 carrots, rinsed, peeled, cut into pieces
1 potato, rinsed, peeled, cut into pieces
1 hump garlic, peeled, smashed
4 shallots, peeled, smashed
1 onion, peeled, cut into pieces
2 stalks celery, rinsed
Methods:
1. Boil the chicken with some water for a while, then drain and remove the water. Then boil 1 litre of water until bubbly boiling, add all ingredients.
2. Simmer for about 1 hour, until the liquid has reduced for half from the beginning.
3. Then strain all the ingredients, and you can keep the broth in silicon cups/ice cubes mold for easier use later. If it has cooled down, keep it in the freezer.

* Best before 1 week.
* Leftover boiled chicken can be shredded and added for soup/blended with baby food/go check#igms_idchicken for shredded chicken dishes).
