Japanese White Bread
Bahan:
4 cup tepung terigu serbaguna
2 sdt ragi kering
4 sdm gula
1 sdm garam
50 ml susu
300 ml air
2 sdm butter, lelehkan (saya pakai yang suhu ruang tanpa dilelehkan)
Cara Membuat:
1. Campurkan tepung, gula, susu, air dalam wadah hingga menyatu, tambahkan ragi dan butter. Uleni hingga kalis (jika menggunakan tangan kurang lebih 15-20 menit; adonan memang agak sedikit lengket).
2. Diamkan adonan selama 30 menit atau hingga mengembang 2 kali lipat.
3. Kempiskan adonan, bagi menjadi 6 bagian, gulung dan tempatkan di loyang yang telah diolesi minyak sebelumnya. Diamkan selama 30 menit.
4. Panaskan oven di suhu 200° C.
5. Panggang roti hingga matang dan berwarna kecoklatan.
6. Dinginkan roti di cooling wire.

Ingredients:

2 tsp active dry yeast
4 tbsp sugar
1 tablespoon salt
50 ml milk
300 ml water
2 tbsp butter, melted
Methods:
1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, milk, water in large bowl; mix well. Add yeast, melted butter.
2. Knead the dough until extended. Shape the dough after 30 minutes. Cut the dough 6 split and round each piece of the dough. Rest the dough for another 30 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 200° C.
5. Place the dough into the preheated oven. Bake until the top of the bread is browned about 30 minutes.
6. Remove bread to cool on racks.
